We begin in a 3 month container.

Most clients continue on past 3 months (but totally up to you!)

We begin with a starting check in to define what you wish to open to in our time together.
3 monthly Frequency Healing sessions (1.5-2 hours, includes coaching/healing chat and a healing frequency you can revisit in between)
Priority scheduling
A Human Design reading and integration of your chart in sessions in an ongoing way
Unlimited messaging M-F (voice notes and messages to follow up from sessions or ask questions)
Two 30 min distance healing sessions every 3 months
A block of cacao and support on how to work with cacao
Free attendance of any live monthly group calls I may lead or older tones from the toning library
